Return & Refund Policy

At Pressure Wear, we stand behind the quality of our 240 GSM heavyweight garments. Because we operate with limited drops and bespoke custom orders, our return policy is designed to protect the exclusivity of our products.

1. 14-Day Return Window (Standard Collections)

For items in our core collections (Earthcore, Vintage Heat, Loud Type, Culture Clash), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review this list before purchasing:

  • The CUSTOM Vault: All personalized orders, including birthday designs, names, or brand collaborations, are Final Sale. These are built specifically for you on a 1-of-1 basis and cannot be resold.

  • SEASONAL Collection: Due to the limited, time-sensitive nature of our seasonal drops (e.g., "Summer"), these items are non-returnable.

  • Sale Items: Any items purchased from our "Archive" or "Sale" sections are final sale.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

We take quality control seriously. If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong graphic, please contact us at sales@pressurewear.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • If approved, we will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since our stock is limited, we cannot always guarantee an exchange will be available.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
