This website is operated by Pressure Wear. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pressure Wear. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads (including the designs for Earthcore, Vintage Heat, Loud Type, Culture Clash, and Seasonal drops), is the property of Pressure Wear and protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 3 - THE CUSTOM VAULT & USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a request for a Custom 1-of-1 or a Collaboration:

  • Rights: You warrant that you own the rights to any artwork, logos, or text provided to us. Pressure Wear is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements on graphics provided by the customer.

  • Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains hate speech, offensive imagery, or content that conflicts with our brand values.

  • Approval: Once a custom digital mock-up is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & FABRIC

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our 240 GSM heavyweight garments as accurately as possible. However, your monitor's display may vary. Because our items are hand-printed or high-density pressed, minor variations between the digital mockup and physical product are part of the industrial streetwear aesthetic.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Collection (especially SEASONAL drops) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
